چکیده
Harnessing high-frequency spin dynamics in three-dimensional (3D) nanostructures may lead to paradigm-shifting, next-generation devices including high density spintronics and neuromorphic systems. Despite remarkable progress fabrication, the measurement interpretation of complex 3D structures remain exceptionally challenging. Here, we take a first step measure coherent waves within artificial ice (ASI) structure using Brillouin light scattering. The 3D-ASI was fabricated by combination two-photon lithography thermal evaporation. Two spin-wave modes were observed experiment whose frequencies showed nearly monotonic variation with applied field strength. Numerical simulations qualitatively reproduced modes. simulated mode profiles revealed collective nature extending throughout network nanowires while showing spatial quantization varying numbers. study shows well-defined means explore spintronic magnonic structures.

Three-dimensional Kasteleyn transition: spin ice in a [100] field.
We examine the statistical mechanics of spin-ice materials with a [100] magnetic field. We show that the approach to saturated magnetization is, in the low-temperature limit, an example of a 3D Kasteleyn transition, which is topological in the sense that magnetization is changed only by excitations that span the entire system. We study the transition analytically and using a Monte Carlo cluster...
متن کاملAn Entanglement Study of Superposition of Qutrit Spin-Coherent States
Considering generalized concurrence as the criterion of entanglement, we study entanglement properties of superposition of two qutrit coherent states, as a function of their amplitudes. These states may attain maximum entanglement or no entanglement at all, depending on the choice of the parameters involved. The states revealing maximum entanglement also display the maximum violations of the Be...
متن کاملExcitation of coherent propagating spin waves by pure spin currents.
Utilization of pure spin currents not accompanied by the flow of electrical charge provides unprecedented opportunities for the emerging technologies based on the electron's spin degree of freedom, such as spintronics and magnonics. It was recently shown that pure spin currents can be used to excite coherent magnetization dynamics in magnetic nanostructures. However, because of the intrinsic no...
متن کاملDirect observation of the ice rule in an artificial kagome spin ice
Recently, significant interest has emerged in fabricated systems that mimic the behavior of geometrically frustrated materials. We present the full realization of such an artificial spin ice system on a two-dimensional kagome lattice and we demonstrate rigid adherence to the local ice rule by directly counting individual pseudospins. The resulting spin configurations show not only local ice rul...
